All eyes on the British Fashion Council’s Instagram

The British Fashion Council (BFC) has officially launched its new Instagram account (@londonfashionweek) to coincide with the release of the London Fashion Week in September 2016.

The new account will introduce BFC followers to all of the London Fashion Week and London Fashion Week Men’s content.

Each member will be given a visual insight into both shows, which have become highlights of the international fashion calendar. The profile will include

The British fashion industry contributes £28 billion to the UK economy.

BFC has its own Instagram account @britishfashioncouncil, which will carry on in the same spirit by hosting all the business support initiative news and updates. This includes LONDON show ROOMS, London Fashion Weekend and The Fashion Awards as well as supporting London Fashion Week.

Caroline Rush CBE, Chief Executive British Fashion Council believes that the new Instagram account will allow people from all over the world see the bigger picture of one of the major fashion events in the history.
