Mimosa launches new club


Mimosa, Chelsea’s buzzing new bar and restaurant, is to launch its very own club on 3rd December 2015. Perfectly poised to meet the needs of the area’s cool and cultured crowd, the opening will also create the area’s most exciting and all compassing destination.


Located on the lower ground level of this fabulous three-story Georgian townhouse, this elegant, sophisticated and intimate new venue is sure to become a mecca for Chelsea’s glitterati. The club’s bar, with its eye-catching mirrored backdrop, is stocked only with the finest spirits, wines and champagnes, not to mention a list of dazzling cocktails hand crafted by Mimosa’s brilliant mixologists and spearheaded by the likes of Smokey Island (Maple and rosemary, rye whiskey & Laphroaig) and Manhattan (Bourbon, Martini Rosso & plum syrup.)


Low level antique tables and luxuriously upholstered seating further add to the ambiance, whilst backlit textured panels give the space added depth and character. Mimosa will combine the best sounds and visuals with the cream of house and techno DJs, led by the brilliant AudioLung, whilst the state-of-the-art Funktion One sound system will ensure that the club becomes the destination of choice for discerning revellers.


The opening of the club will give Mimosa a totally unique edge – offering locals and visitors alike one super stylish venue in which to eat, drink and party. Guests can arrive for pre dinner drinks, enjoy a fabulous meal and then dance the night away – all without having to brave the elements outside.


A veritable haven away from the hustle and bustle of west London, Mimosa is open for lunch, dinner, drinks and weekend brunches. Its gorgeous bar is the perfect spot for after work drinks with an extensive list of cocktails, British and European beers and a wine list that caters to every taste and budget.


Mimosa’s restaurant meanwhile serves a menu of fabulously presented Modern British dishes that utilise the best seasonal produce. Signature dishes include pan fried fillets of seabass served with butternut squash risotto, red wine ragout with oyster mushrooms, smoked bacon & baby onions; posh fish & chips and slow roasted Suffolk pork belly with dauphinoise potatoes, roasted root vegetables, quince purée & pork juices.


The award winning Julian Taylor Design Associates have managed to complement the building’s period features with a range of quirky features, including a spectacular ceiling adorned with dozens of gold framed antique mirrors. Also offering the ideal venue for private events, from large corporate parties through to intimate soirées, Mimosa is set to become the venue of choice this Christmas… and beyond.
